Changing the Narrative: Empathy as a Superpower

It was my pleasure to appear on the Gov Comm Collective podcast with host, Hannah Elizabeth, to talk about empathy in leadership. So often, empathy can be seen as a weakness or a less important soft skill. I would argue that being an empathetic leader and a deep listener may be one of your most important superpowers.
